Office hours effective Jan 17 through May 10, 2012

Breaks, Holidays,Exam Periods. No office hours are observed during Breaks, Holiday and Exam periods (including Reading days) or days in which the University follows a schedule for a different day. Special separate office hours for such periods are announced depending on the instructor's examination schedule.
Scheduled Hours. These hours apply to periods other than Breaks/Holidays/Exams for the Spring 2011 semester. No prior appointment is required for the hours posted below. Just drop by.
Spring 2012 Examination Period Office Hours.
- Tue May 8, 2012 Office hours 4-5:30pm to inspect final exam work.
SCHEDULE IRREGULARITIES The day before Reading Day that is, Tue May 1 NJIT follows a Friday schedule. Office hours will thus not be observed on Tue May 1.
By appointment. No appointment is required for scheduled hours or the special hours announced for the Examination Period. If these posted office hours are not convenient, an appointment is required. Appointments are available for Tue, Wed,and Thu during the regular semester (i.e. before the reading day). Just send an email at least one working day in advance; a confirmation WILL ALWAYS be sent back to confirm the appointment. If you are a student attending one of my classes, send an email to the email address of the course you are attending per relevant course guidelines.
Office-hour cancellation. If for any unforeseen reason, a cancellation of an office-hour occurs, which is highly unlikely, a notice will be posted on this page as soon in advance as possible.
Snow Closures. If NJIT is to announce a University closure that will lead to a class cancellation due to snowfall, and this information reaches us before it is announced by NJIT, a notice that affects office hours and/or my classes will be posted on this page to confirm this NJIT decision as soon as technically possible. If a closure is announced, office hours affected by the closure (snow or otherwise) will get cancelled.
