• 4/4 HW4 emails have been acknowledged (as of 17:18,Thu 4/4).

• 3/28 Subjects 8 and 9 are available in Section C.
• 3/21 Indicative midterm class performance is available in Section C1.
• 3/20 HW3 emails re Problem 7-8 were sent out at around 17:20 on Wed Mar 20.
• 3/19 HW3 solutions have been posted.
• 3/18 Midterm Class performance On Monday Mar 25 or a bit earlier, i will post in section C1 a midterm class performance guidance based on HW1-HW3 grades. If you want to inspect the HW3 grade you could do it during the afternoon office hours of Tue Mar 26.
• 3/18 HW 4 has been corrected. The correction involves the last line of P7 where the text "25 of the 75" has become "20 of the 60". Both the orignal and corrected homeworks are available through section B. Additional comments are in the Hints section.

• 3/5 HW 2 Emailing of grades for P7 and P8 will be completed by 11am today.

• 2/28 Office Hour Notice for Thu Feb 28 only I will be in a meeting through 4pm and i might come back to my room a bit late. If there are urgent questions i'll be in my office through 11:00am in the morning today, and also between 1:30-2:20pm.

• 2/7 Subject 4 link problem The link for Subject 4 was erroneously pointing to sub3.pdf instead of sub4.pdf. Even though this has been fixed, your browser might still attempt to load sub3.pdf. Clean up your browser's cache. Sometimes terminating the browser and starting it again works fine, sometimes you just need to reload the web-page (on firefox, in the URL box on the far right there is a circular arrow that does this for you.) A HW1 related link problem reported by two of you could also be a result of a similar problem.
