I am a Professor in the Computer Science Department at NJIT. I also hold a Visiting Professor appointment at the National Institute of Informatics in Tokyo, Japan. I received my Ph.D. degree from Rutgers University, and M.S./B.S. degrees from University Politehnica, Bucharest, Romania. My current research interests are: distributed machine learning; mobile computing and sensing; online privacy; and computational advertising. I always look forward to working with highly motivated students on current or new research projects. [CV]
