Welcome to the PDT project. Participants during Spring 2008 include
students from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA, and Hunan
University, China.

Distributed teams are often used in the workplace for complex projects.
Distributed teams are also known as virtual teams or dispersed teams.

The basis for this project is to introduce PDT's as a first hand
experience to college students. 33a is split into two subteams.
The subteams are made up of the students from each of the two schools.
Every week each subteam meets together in person and the entire team
meets online at a predetermined time to discuss the overall progression
of the project.
