Professional Summary
Before coming to NJIT, I worked as a technical communicator in the computer
industry for approximately 7 years. I managed documentation and training
for e-commerce projects, wrote online Helps for financial websites, compiled
systems documentation, documented knowledge transfers, etc. During that
time I also taught myself HTML and web design. Since coming to NJIT, I
have researched technical communication in the iron and steel industry,
developed an educational assessment process with Norbert Elliot, and am
presently writing a history of shorthand.
