MEMS Research Engineer
Will be responsible for process integration and the initiation, execution, and
documentation of wafer lot processing. Expected to direct process technicians and perform
processes as necessary. Will also plan and execute new process development/improvement
projects and produce written reports of
results. Requires a B.S. in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry, (or
equivalent related work experience). Must be a proactive problem solver with good
analytical, modeling and statistical reasoning skills. Prefer a candidate with knowledge
of surface analysis techniques, the science of thin metal films, thick film materials,
processing and wafer bonding. Industrial
wafer processing experience in Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), micro-sensors, or
similar custom microfabrication highly desirable. IC fab experience beneficial. Process
improvement experience is essential.

Senior Mechanical Engineer
Design, dimension, analyze, construct, test, new devices under the direction of the team
leader, provide prototype tooling, knowledge of geometric tolerancing and understanding of
precision mechanisms. Experience with electromagnetic devices and MEMS, a plus. Must be
proficient in CAD 2D and 3D for design and analysis of any standard package and use
tolerance studies
and designs for manufacturability including three sigma and six sigma techniques. BS-ME
with 10 yrs minimum experience or MSME with 8 yrs experience.

Senior Electronics Engineer - Digital Design
Performs PCB level and field programmable gate array (FPGA) design video processing
systems used in laser modulated based display products. Requires board level design for
high-speed logic 50-100MHz possibly to 200MHz range and design with microprocessor
interfaces and mixed signals on multi-layer board also, synchronous and asynchronous
designs, state machine for time
critical performance. Document, test and debug design and provide reviews to peers as well
as interfacing with customers and vendors to ensure requirements and to secure parts. BS -
Electronics Engineering, MS - EE.

Lead Optical Engineer
Takes primary responsibility for innovating optical designs for VRD applications including
head wearable optics, helmet mounted optics, & projection system optics. Use optical
design tools to define detailed prescriptions for optical components with specific
characteristics to fit
within specified mechanical limits and meet specific performance specifications, such as
FOV and distortions. Designs suitable mounts for optical systems, incorporates methods for
maintenance and repair of components and designs, and develops test instrumentation and
test procedures. Confers with engineers and technical personnel regarding fabrication and
testing of prototype systems, and modifies designs as required, conducts application
analysis to determine commercial, industrial,
scientific, medical, military or other uses for electro-optical devices, and assists with
development of manufacturing, assembly and fabrication process.
MS / PhD- Optical Engineering, EE, physics or related field.

Defense and Aerospace Marketing Segment Manager
Develop and implement marketing strategy for positioning a high technology company
effectively into individual market segments. Responsible for developing strategies and
positioning into OEM markets, developing and maintaining marketing tools and materials,
introducing new products as well as maintaining several areas including market research
and analysis, market forecasting, budget and planning. 8-10 years Senior Marketing
experience involving strategy, positioning and successful business plan development and
implementation required. Also require five years direct Defense and
Aerospace segment experience.

Business Development Manager/Senior Business Development Manager
Specifically target new business opportunities for the company's imaging
solutions to meet specific needs and application requirements of customers
by identifying and qualifying opportunities and competitive challenges
within their segment. Participate in the execution of this strategy by
capturing, developing and maintaining new customer accounts. Assist in
guiding product strategy for the segment by working with product manager(s)
and the segment manager to define business cases which identify and organize
customer "needs hierarchies", user profiles and thoroughly qualify potential
economic opportunities. Serve as primary advocate for the customer with
respect to technology and product development, and play an active role in
product definition and ongoing technical support. Strong technical
background (BSEE or equivalent degree, experience with optics systems or
electronic displays will be favorably considered), Miller Heiman or other
sales methodology training and senior level experience to independently
manage and successfully include the conceptual sales process preferred.

Optical Development Engineer
MS in Physics, Optics, Electrical Engineering or related field. Five or more
years experience in private industry in the field of optics, waveplates
and/or related material. Five or more years experience in optical design;
five or more years experience in development interpretations, conclusions
and recommendations. Experience with thin film coatings is preferred. This
position will test optical components and assemblies, discuss optical
problems with customers, troubleshoot in areas of interferometric optical
testing and thin film analysis. The successful candidate will also design,
create and implement improvements regarding optical issues and will work
closely with the coating area to implement coating designs and changes.
Location: New Mexico
Compensation: 50K-70K
OEM Sales Engineer
Experienced sales person with a minimum of three years direct OEM sales
experience and a proven, sucessful sales record. Minimum of Bachelor's
degree in engineering or science-related major and strong interpersonal and
presentation skills required. Direct experience in the photonics or lighting
industry and large account management experience a strong plus. Travel up to
25%.

Compensation: Salary plus commission DOE
Opto-Mechanical Engineer
Applicant should have good design and analysis skills, as well as working
knowledge of optical assembly and test. Experience in commercial production
of optical systems an asset. Applicant should also be familiar with current
developments in optical packing, laser sources and detector technology.
Experience in one of more of the following areas desired: flip-chip bonding
of opto-electronic devices or UV curable bonding of optical components.

Marketing Manager
The company designs and manufactures precision optical systems and
electro-optical assemblies for use by OEM equipment manufacturers and
factory automation systems. They are a growing part of a global company, and
have the following opening.
Responsibilities include all aspects of marketing for the Rochester
Division. Minimum of five years experience in the optics/optical products
marketplace. Demonstrated ability to effectively sell and market division's
product lines. Excellent communication skills, strong technical writing
skills, project management of promotion and development of product, and
ability to understand the technical concepts of optical product lines
required. Excellent opportunity for motivated individual. BS in Physics,
Optics or EE required.

Optical Engineer
Responsible for the design of multi-element, OEM optical lenses and
assemblies along with project management during the development of
optical products. Also responsible for leading investigations into
optical design-related yield improvements and interfacing with assembly
and test departments.
This position requires a BS in related physical sciences; with a MS in
Optics ideally. Five years experience required, with a track record of
producing optical designs that have been successfully fabricated.
Candidate should be proficient in the use of Code V and Zemax.
