There will be no "make-up" examinations. If you plan to be absent on one of the above dates, you must discuss your situation with the instructor on the first day of class (Friday, September 02, 2005). If you miss an examination and you have not discussed the situation with the instructor on the first day of class, you will receive a grade of zero for that examination. Each exam grade and the final grade will be based on the following table. Neither the exam grades nor the final grades will be curved.
