Name: John Hischer

Date of Birth: July 19, 1989

Off-campus residence: Howell, NJ

Personal life: Was adopted at about 1-2 weeks old (unofficially, the adoption process was not officially completed until I was three years old). I keep very few friends but I am close to the ones I do have.

Academic life: When I take interest in a subject, I can learn much about it in a short amount of time. If I care enough to put effort into something, I can usually easily reach the top of a class. However, I am lazy by nature, procrastinate to near ludicrous extents, and have trouble paying any attention to anything that does not interest me. Graduated from Freehold High School while participating in the Computer Science program there (involved four years of Computer Science classes and higher level math). I am very interested in the field of Computer Science, particularly computer programming (I find it very fun to look over my work then laugh at myself for making small syntactical errors that trip me up).

Work Life: I am not exposed to many of the same costs of living as other people my age. I do not drive often and I use my father's car, so I do not need to pay for gasoline or maintenance (my parents pay for my car insurance). I have never had a girlfriend, am on a family cell phone plan, do not go out much, and do not spend money on things I do not need. As a result, I have never held a job outside of working at a fast food restaurant part-time (I could apply for a higher paying job at other locations, but I am familiar with my coworkers and I do not believe that I could easily find a working environment as comfortable, which makes the couple dollars per hour I lose worth it). I do have a desire to tutor, but all positions for that are currently being held.
