When there is more information coming in than can be processes is known as Information Overload. Avoiding information overload is easier said than done. To avoid information overload you need a way to filter information that is relevant  to your topic. To do this think about what is being written and keep ideas that you think may inspire the user clear you can not communicate your point if the user can not understand keep it simple. You need to plan ahead and make an outline this will help you stay on point.

Avoid information overload by organizing  the information with the use of  several processes listed below:

  • Document Structure
  • Layout
