SimpleSample is an electronic survey system that allows any user to create, edit, and process internet surveys. I had programmed it for the specific task of collecting surveys for NJIT's school newspaper, The Vector. Its use, although, is not limited to that. Many other websites charge a hefty price for this service, but I believe that the essentials of the service should be free. (I think there should be a free alternative to everything.. Linux, OpenOffice, GIMP, etc..).

Registration is open to anyone. Just go to http://SimpleSample.org and click register.
