Participation in the Development of New Courses:

OPSE 601 OPTICAL SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING (NJIT) 09/01/98-12/15/98

The course targets applications of optical  methods in a varietyof fields, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, telecommunications, electrical engineering, etc.

CS101E INTRODUCTORY OPTICAL SCIENCE (NJIT) 09/01/98-12/15/98

The main objective is to familiarize students from different disciplines with the optical techniques, applications and capabilities.

CHEM 235A NEW PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY LAB (NJIT) 10/01/98-12/15/98

"Introduction of Laser Photolysis – Transient Spectroscopy Experiments in a Physical Chemistry Lab" – a new physical chemistry lab developed andbuilt under NSF Grant DUE-97 51686.
The lab objectives are to introduce students to elementary chemicalkinetics, ozone formation and the modern techniques in kinetic measurements.

CHEM 702 ADVANCED CHEMICAL KINETICS (NJIT) 1/9/95-30/12/95

Graduate course focusing on the role of media chemical reactions, such as pressure fall-off in gas phase unimolecular reactions and solvent properties in liquid phase reactions, and the current chemical reaction rate theories.

UNIMOLECULAR REACTIONS 1/9/92-30/12/92 (CUA, Washington, D.C.)

Graduate course focusing on modern theories and applications of unimolecular reactions.

CHEMICAL KINETICS 1/9/90-30/12/90 ( Novosibirsk University):1/9/86-30/12/89

Graduate course focusing on elementary and complex chemical reactionsin the gas and liquid phases.

KINETIC SPECTROSCOPY OF LASER MAGNETIC RESONANCE (Novosibirsk University) 1/1/84-30/5/85

An undergraduate laboratory focusing on application of a modern technique of Time Resolved Laser Magnetic Resonance for measurements of rates ofelementary chemical reactions of atoms and free radicals.

COMPUTER CLASSES in Physical Chemistry (Novosibirsk University) 9/1/83-12/30/85

An undergraduate laboratory focusing on using computers for solution of  physical chemistry problems.
