I have been training in American Tae Kwon Do since I was 8 years old. As you can see, this is my good side.


My favorite part of TKD is to compete in Tournaments. There are forms divisions...

and sparring divisions. The guy in the black pants actually won that match.
But it is always fun to compete, and that's what counts.


If it counts as a passtime, I also love hanging out with my niece and nephews.
Austin is 8 years old, Adam is 5, and the twins Kaitlyn and Gage are 2.
