1. The Laboratory
Manual Part Three has been published on Internet to save you money.
Each student must bring the copy of the manual to participate in the laboratory
class.
2. The general instructions
for reports (as well as
graphing and calculations)
are printed in the Laboratory Manual.
3. Instructions for MCAD calculations as well as details on report
are published in Laboratory
Manual Part 3.
follow
old instructions from any purchased copy of Laboratory Manual.
4. In case of emergency (dead physics server), instruction files
from Laboratory Manual would be published on my
megahertz account.
5. Grading rules
a) The reports must follow general instructions (see above)
as well as specific instructions for each laboratory. All questions
asked must be answered.
b) The hardcopy reports must be handed in next week.
One week late reports will have the grades decreased . Two week late
reports will not be accepted (zero points).
c) All the calculations are to be made in MCAD (unless
otherwise specified). To have full credit for MCAD calculations you
have to include units for variables and comments explaining step by step
calculations on MCAD file.
d) The grades will be updated every week on Monday.
