Abstract
There are many practical situations in which thin sheets (both with and without dry patches), rivulets and/or ridges of fluid experience the effect of various external air flows. In this talk I will use a variety of asymptotic and numerical methods to describe some of the possible flows which can occur, and consider some aspects of their stability using both linear stability and/or energy methods.
