Food, though a vegetarian, I love to eat, eat each and every type of cuisine that I can lay my hands on. I can be lost for hours while having some of the most delicious food that is available. Love to watch the way in which the food is prepared. Don't expect to get left overs from my palate. Is NY a place to be or what? You can find restaurants serving cuisines from every corner of the earth waiting for you to just walk in. I am in heaven.
And then there is traveling. I have been fortunate enough to have traveled and to have savored some of the breath taking sights that are there. The feeling of just standing at some place you have never been to and watching the sun go down, hmmm. It really makes me come into my own. The best way to travel for me is to head out somewhere without plans, and to just wander finding places. Then, you get to eat different kinds of food, is that a plus point or what?
Formula 1, the technologically most advanced motor sport, has lost its charm in the last few years, what with the constant changes to its structure. But, still love to watch the silver arrows every time its unveiled year after year. Mclaren Mercedes, do they know how to bring out your emotions, the agony of seeing their cars blow up followed by the joy seeing them take the chequered flag. A new era has started for them ,and I am hoping that they return to the former glory.
Passion for automobiles, that's something which runs in my blood I guess. When I look at those exotics, makes my blood rush and creates a desire to take them on a long winding drive. Mercedes/Mclaren, Lamborgini, Aston martin,TVR and Ducati, some of the names which are truely special in my eyes.
Music, what can I say about it? nothing is the answer. What I appreciate as music is sometimes noise to others, and the feeling is mutual. Heavy metal, Rock, that is what I listen to. Slayer, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Doors are they the gods of music or what? I still haven't found a single new band which plays music like the way they did. I do appreciate music which are worth their weight. Then a complete deviation to the above genre, old Hindi and Kannada songs, they are really good. As they say, all the best rock songs have already been written.
