Name is Purushothaman Srinivasan ( pu - ru - sho -tha- man
sri - ni - va - san). I am currently a second year Ph.D
student at New Jersey
Institute of Technology. I am associated with
Electrical Engineering
department. Presently my research is in the area of
Solid State Devices and Physics. My research advisor is
Dr.Durgamadhab Misra.
My co-advisor is Dr.Cor Claeys of
IMEC.
My
master's thesis was in the area of Plasma processing effects
on Device Reliability. I studied the effects on the
reliability of MOSFETs during high field injection and hot
carrier stress under plasma processing conditions.
I am
continuing my research in the area of high-K dielectrics in
the form of PhD. To have more
