Iam a research student with Dr. Barry Cohen.

I was involved in the web-enabling of ONTOTOOL under Dr. Perl.
This is a tool to view the ontologies that are represented
in the form of Semantic Network. Right now we have InterMED and
an experimental ontology that we created.
This uses Jasmine from CA, which is a Object Database.
The standalone system uses Jasmine as backend and Java as
frontend.
ONTOTOOL is currently online. http://ontotool.njit.edu
