the performance during and after the crises
Any aspect of the design,
development, deployment, operation, or evaluation of emergency response systems
are appropriate for this mini-track provided it focuses on the tools,
functionality, and/or interface the system provides to human users involved
with emergency and crisis response. Also

Papers that focus on the
underlying technology or hardware of computers, networks, sensors, mobile
devices and their improvements in such areas as throughput, accuracy, and
security, should be directed to other appropriate sessions. An exception might be any special purpose
input/output device for direct use by respondents to a crisis situation.
