Format of final exam:

1. Input/output and trace problems similar to exams one and two.
2. Four programming problems. Most likely there will be a problem
on sequence length statistics, analysing columns of a multiple
alignment, and scoring sequence alignments.

Review:

1. Know the definition of an alignment of two sequences. Be able to
tell an alignment of two sequences from something that is not.
1. Do all the homeworks and solve exams one and two without help from
others.
2. Do all practice programming problems on the course website.
