Submit the scores of the query sequence in query.txt with each one in the
file dna_fasta.txt. Also submit the name and score of the most similar
sequence.

Use match=10, mismatch=2, and gap=-2.

No collaboration is allowed on this homework. You may only use your Python 
programs that we have been writing in class.
