Write the following three functions in Python. 

1. The first takes a FASTA filename as a parameters and returns the
two sequences in it.

2. The second takes an empty list T, number of rows, and 
numbers of columns as parameters and returns a random traceback
matrix.

3. The third takes the traceback matrix T and the two sequences
as parameters and returns the alignment of the sequences 
given by the matrix.
