I graduated from Clarkson University in 2005 with a Double Bachelor's in Information Systems & Business Processes and Technical Communications. Now that I have some practical knowledge in both of those fields, I'd like my Master's program to update my skills and abilities. This is my third semester at NJIT, majoring in Information Systems with an Interaction Design track. I also completed one semester at FDU before transferring to NJIT.

I have been working at SurferNETWORK since I graduated from Clarkson. We are a streaming media provider and our customer base is mainly radio stations. We also stream unviersity events, sporting events, and other Internet only broadcasters. My job title is Technical Support and Services. I basically manage all of our technical support, service installations and upgrades, and other aspects of technology like servers, networks, and technical documentation.
