Course Workload: There will be one implementation project (40%), one term paper (20%), and one exam (40%).

Grading Scale: A: 90% or above; B+: 85% or above; B: 80% or above; C+: 70% or above; C: 60% or above.

The implementation project is to build a bioinformatic data mining and management system. See the lecture notes in iTunes for examples.

All term projects can be extended to a master's project or master's thesis.
