Announcements

The final exam wil be held on Friday, December 11, starting from 8:30 - 10:30 am. It covers all the materials related to Notes 6 to 11. It is a close-book/note exam, but you are allowed to bring one single-sided sheet of formulae (8 1/2'' × 11'') and calculator. (11/18)

Grading
By default, a small quiz will be given at the end of each class, unless otherwise notified. Two (2) of your worst quizzes will not be used in calculating your average quiz score. Grades are based 15% on quizzes, 40% on midterm, and 45% on final. Overall average > 90% is guaranteed an A, > 80% is guaranteed a B, etc. No make-up.
