Bio

Yili Chen received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan's Bioinformatics Program in 2007 with a thesis titled “Integrative Analysis Of Transcriptional Regulation Using Computational Approaches”. Currently he works as a postdoctoral researcher at the Delaware Biotechnology Institute in University of Delaware. His main research interests are in developing and applying computational methods to better understand gene regulations in human and in bacteria genome. Especially he is interested in integrating various genomic, microarray and prior knowledge data to improve understanding about transcriptional regulation network.
