Dr. Robert J. Hall

Dr. Robert J. Hall is the inventor of the AT&T Research Geocast protocol and creator of Geocast Games and the GC1 application suite. He earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Since then he has been a Principal Investigator and Inventor at AT&T Laboratories Research, working in the areas of automated software engineering, requirements engineering, MANET protocols, and game design. He is a Fellow of Automated Software Engineering and serves as Chairman of the Steering Committee for the IEEE/ACM International Conferences on Automated Software Engineering. He is Editor in Chief of the Automated Software Engineering Journal, and an ACM Distinguished Scientist.
