Dr. Bernhard Finer



Bernhard Firner joined NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle group in 2015 where he works on neural networks that mimic human driving behavior, with an ultimate goal of creating systems to support full autonomy. Before joining NVIDIA, Bernhard worked in a small start up delivering real time monitoring systems to the laboratory animal sciences industry and taught courses on embedded programming and introductory programming at Rutgers University. He received his PhD from Rutgers University's WINLAB in 2014.
