Mona Singh received a PhD in Computer Science from MIT in 1996. She did postdoctoral work at Princeton University and the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, and joined the faculty at Princeton in 1999. Mona Singh is a member of the Computer Science Department, and the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics. Her field of research is computational molecular biology. She is particularly interested in developing computational methods for deciphering genomic data at the level of proteins, especially algorithms for genome-level analysis of protein structure, function and interactions.
