Ross Cohen graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1999 with a BS in mathematics and computer science. He worked for several years in the Linux kernal group at Akamai, and holds a patent (pending) for work done there on the development of a technique for non-disruptive use of live traffic for testing server performance. He is currently an independent software developer. Among his projects are Mosuki and Codeville. He is Chief Technology Officer of Bittorent, Inc.
