• No contact hours on Breaks (eg Spring Break, Winter Break), Reading Days, Thanksgiving Day/Recess, Good Friday, Exam Periods, or when NJIT follows another day's schedule.
• Scheduled 'Contact/Office' Hours (No appointment, First Come First Served). On high traffic days, i may impose a 15min interaction period per student.

  • Tue 6 May is NJIT/Thursday Thursday Hours

• By appointment (Email acknowledgement by me needed). If the above-posted hours are not convenient, an appointment is requested and required. Send an email requesting an appointment at least ONE WORKING day (i.e. at least 24 hours excluding Sat, Sun, holidays) in advance. But note certain restrictions apply for Tue 11:00-14:00, and Wed 14:30-16:00, due to committee/meeting engagements plus of naturally, course hours. An email WILL ALWAYS be sent back to confirm the appointment or suggest alternatives, as needed, if availability is not possible.

• Closed courses? You've got to talk to one of the academic advisors (undergraduate or graduate), not me. I have no control over registration.
