Beware that 'office' hours are open to anyone: students from
your session or other students. You may be asked to exit the
session and rejoin it at a later time. I will be allocating
15mn intervals. If no one else is present, your 15mn
interval gets renewed automatically until a fellow student
pops up. Naturally you may rejoin as many times as possible.

D. Webex meeting

In theory joining a meeting is not required. 
But presence records can be used to verify the 
"Regular and Substantive Interaction clause" related to 
(federal) financial aid, and international student 
visa requirements.

A homework completion or exam participation
can be used for that clause or the VoP quiz
but there are not 15 of them in the semester
for the 15 weeks of the semester.

If you plan to use an Android device or an IOS device install 
an app first.  Otherwise just a browser is needed. 
Resolve issues with sound/speakers and microphone first. 
(Eg bottom right corner in windows rightclick the speaker icon)
