It is expressed as percentage of the total point earned so far
Thus if you used HW1-4 Ex1   it is   250+4*30=370pt
Thus if you used HW1-4 Ex1-2 it is 2*250+4*30=620pt

A range        : 82-100%
B+ and B range : 62-82%  split about evenly
C+ and C range : 42-62%  split about evenly
D  and F range : <= 42%
