Comments on HW1

Problem 1:
      - Several times both index.html (you web-page) and cs345...html had the same titles!
        A Title must uniquely identify an html document
      - Likewise the keyword list for both was identical; these are the perils of cut and paste!

      - too many keywords in the keyword list was commonplace; Google used to ignore
        keywords past the 5-th one.

      - Anchortext for links must be chosen carefully. "Click" "This link" are poor choices.
      - index.html should be absent of any reference to me or cs345. Several times
        links with anchortext cs345 were present!


Problem 2:
      - Read the problem! I asked explicitly not to use to www.cs prefix of the course
      URL but the web.njit.edu one ... You ignored me at your peril

      - When I ask for MiB and KiB i expect them not KB or MB. Read Handout 2 if you
       have not already done so. This would cost you lots of points in HW2 and the exams!

        - Running out of time is not an option. You were warned to start early working on
          the Homework. Moreover the requirement of >= 17.5 G was ignored...


Problem 5
        - This problem has nothing to do with Google or Bing.
        - Review from CS 252 or CS 241 the precedence of Boolean operators
           ~ -  i.e. negation is a unary operator and has highet precedence than
           AND  conjunction which has higher than
            OR  disjunction

        Thus   NOT A B   does not mean  NOT (A AND B)
                         but it means   (NOT A) AND B

        - For the -   a - b means   a AND - AND b
              but     a -b  means   a AND (NOT b)
          Thus for negation there should be NO space between - and b.
