1. Meeting started at 11:45am
2. Present: Barry Cohen, Vincent Oria, and Andrew Sohn 
           with Alex Gerbessiotis chairing the meeting
3. Agenda Items:  
    a. Presentation to the faculty on Wed Nov 1.

4. The faculty document was approved with minor modifications.
   The document will be emailed to faculty prior to the meeting
   and also distributed in hard-copy at the meeting.
   Minor changes
   - Reordering of agenda items
   - PhD student listing: require PhD students to have a
                          web-page after year one.
   - Grading            : Include W in addition to F
                          in percentages.
