A. Planning the Logistics

1. Decide on media mix (All VC; VC plus some FtF; VC plus video; VC plus PC based software; how much on Web pages; any other media?)
2. Choose or develop print materials (eg powerpoint slides)
3. Design and prepare all ALN materials, ready to upload or be used by students
4. If video: usually film one semester on ftf class; use some VC to supplement; then do video + VC section the next semester
