SUPPORTING STUDENTS

On campus, we open the Collaborative Systems Laboratory (ITC 4325) at least 40 hours a week for any student (or faculty member) who wants assistance with the software.
On campus orientations/training is held for each course; training videotape can be sent to those who cannot make it.
