An online "faculty lounge" operates continuously for participating faculty and staff to exchange problems, questions, solutions, and experiences.
Motivation: must be given positive weighting in promotion and tenure decisions (plus course release or extra pay for new course prep)
Face to face day-long faculty workshops for training, orientation, and team building, several times a year.
