• Fast Graph Transformer Network of @Nullable Annotations in Java Code: Project aimed at detecting missing @Nullable annotations in Java code. Utilized Java Parser library and Fast Graph Transformer Network. Achieved an F1 Score of 0.98.
• Classification and Prediction of Protein-Protein Interaction Using TransE and GNN: Explored PPIs to understand biological processes and predict novel interactions. Improved performance in TransE and TransH models.
• Accurate Video Retrieval: Developed a Python script using a vantage point tree of difference hashes for video dataset retrieval with 100% accuracy on the VIRAT-Aerial dataset.

• Twitter Sentiment Analysis: A Python script that downloads tweets, classifies them by sentiment using Naïve Bayes in R, and produces charts and word clouds.
