CS 103 Homework 3 (Due 11/16)

Homework is due at beginning of class on the due date. Late submissions will not be accepted. Be sure to include your name and student ID. Also, you must staple together all of your assignment.

1. Create a spreadsheet for Paying Off a Loan, as we did in class, but with the following modification. Change it so you can enter the interest in a cell and have the cell in your formula. Test to see how changes in the interest rate affect your ability to repay the loan. Hand in printouts of your spreadsheet for interest rates 4.5% and 5.5%. Also provide a printout showing all of the formulas. (Excel can display all of the formulas as follows. In Excel 2003, navigate Tools > Formula Auditing > Formula Auditing Mode. In Excel 2007, click on the Formulas tab, and in the Formula Auditing section, click on Show Formulas.)
