Research Directions
Blockchain
A blockchain is an immutable ledger for recording transactions, maintained within a distributed network of mutually untrusting peers. Research problems include the combination between blockchain technology with many application scenarios, consensus, distributed system, network, cryptographic primitives and etc.
Cybersecurity
Organizations are collecting a growing volume of cyber security information in order to better protect themselves from cyber threats and maintain a strong cyber security posture.
P2P CDN
It is promising to employ peer-to-peer data transfers to reduce service cost and avoid bandwidth over-provision to handle peak demands in current centralized architecture of content delivery. However, the open access work model for P2P introduces a lot of design challenges such as security, efficiency, availability.
Smart City
A smart city aims to improve citizens' quality of life and build a sustainable urban environment by using modern advanced Information and Communication Technology. There are a lot of research domains in smart city such as smart transportation, supply chain management, smart healthcare, smart grid and etc.
