There are many things bad about this website, ranging from the use of colors to the background. First off the background used it unpleasantedly tiled and doesn't fit in with the rest of the site. This website also contains a horrible color co-ordination which seemed to be randomly picked.

Lastly is the Layout of the page, doesn't give an evidentce of it being planned.
