• Thu Dec 19 Letter grades have been posted on Banner. It might take some time for the system to process them.
• Thu Dec 18 : 4-5pm If you want to inspect the final exam (EXAM 3) I will have office hours around 4pm as noted in red on the left for a limited time. It is expected that by then Exam 3 would be graded. Letter grades might get posted later that night or the following day.
• (12/08) MP2 MP2 has been graded; solutions are available. Email messages are being sent out through Wed Dec 10. If you had not received an email before 5pm on Wed Dec 10, then send an email to the TA and the instructor bearing in mind and confirming the following: (1) that your original submission was indeed sent to the two email addresses exactly as shown in MP2 and also on this page under Course E-mail and Email(Assistant), (2) you received an acknowledgement of receipt, (3) the subject of your email was according to the MP2 specifications.
• (12/03,12/04) Exam2 Exam 2 solutions have already been posted along with the Exam itself both as an M-file and pdf. Statistics are available through the diary link. Some guidance (which is unreliable pending Exam3 and the results of MP2) is also provided in terms of letter grades.

• FINAL EXAM DATE/TIME/PLACE. The CS 101 final exam (that is, EXAM 3) is scheduled for next week (i.e. in 7 days from last class) Same Day as Class, same time starting at 6pm, same regular classroom GITC 2400. For up- to-date information click on the Registrar's page http://www.njit.edu/registrar/exams/finalexams.php, The exam will commence by 6:05pm. The duration is 2 hours and the exam is worth 330 points. Details about the logistics of the exam are in Handout 1. If the exam date changes for any reason (eg. snow) this news item will be updated accordingly.

  MAKE SURE THAT YOU SWITCH OFF ALL MOBILE DEVICES (CELL/MOBILE PHONES,COMPUTERS, DIGITAL PORTABLE DEVICES) before entering the EXAM ROOM. A hard-copy of the designated textbook is allowed but no other material should be on the exam table; you are NOT allowed to borrow (a copy of) the textbook from a fellow student. The material that will be covered includes (other information at the beginning of every online available subject) Subject 1 all the way through and including Subject 9; material from Subject 9,10,11,12 that has already been covered in class as explained below in the Chapter per Chapter description from the textbook. Also the posted problems sets, the previous two exams, and the mini-projects.
