Version 2.0 (changed homework partners requirements)
There will be several team projects this semester. We need to choose teams now.
By September 10th, everyone will need to form teams of 4 people. These teams will work on the article/case study presentation, the COBOL corner presentation, and the semester project.
If you would like to do any on-line discussion or "advertising" to form teams before class on September 10, please feel free to use the WebBoard conference "Presentation Team Matchmaking" to attract teammates.
For anyone not in a presentation team, or for teams of less than four people, we shall take time after class on September 10 to form teams.
Note that in every semester there still are a few people dropping and adding, so we may need to adjust some of the teams as the semester goes on. Also, I reserve the right to change the teams around if necessary.
In this class, people optionally will be able to work on homework assignments in teams of two. Each of you should work as equal partners. I would prefer that you stay with the same teammate throughout the semester, but this is not mandatory.
If you would like to do any on-line discussion or "advertising" to form partnerships before class on September 24, please feel free to use the WebBoard conference "Homework Partner Matchmaking" to attract a partner.
For anyone not in a homework team who wants to be, we shall take time after class on September 17 to form homework teams. Also, I reserve the right to adjust homework partnerships if necessary.
