Application Instructions

Deadline: Summer '25 Application Due March 14, 2025

1. Read listed potential REU Projects to determine choice of research area and mentor.

2. Provide a one page personal statement describing your academic background, career goals and how this experience will enhance those goals.

3. Submit your resume which includes information on classes taken, research/work experience, list of references, and any other relevant information.

4. Provide a copy of your transcript.

5. Submit a minimum of one letter of recommendation, preferably from a faculty member in your major.

6. Complete the application form and submit all supplemental documents via the link below

  • ** All students must be able to fully commit to the 40 hour work week over the 10-week summer program. If a student does any coursework, or work outside of their assigned research, the student will forfeit their summer stipend.
