Core theory: Develop a fundamental theoretical understanding of the performance of DiSC. By focusing on the local behavior of “atomic” exemplary networks with small number of primary and secondary users , this thrust aims at investigating optimal DL - PHY local decisions and transmission strategies, by using tools from network information theory, optimization and queuing theory.
