OBJECTIVE

Seeking a position as a technology manager using extensive experience in customer-centric, development, user documentation and support.

SUMMARY

Offering 20 years experience, a degree in teaching, BS in IT, MS in IS (will be completed in spring 2008), very wide computer knowledge and outstanding interpersonal, training, and presentation skills.  Support for both areas consisted of application development and support, training class development and instruction, and user assistance/troubleshooting.

Development of scripts that help HelpDesk and IST’s employees to manage software licenses keys distribution.

Organizing complex tasks by dividing them into processes and document them.

Developing custom Outlook forms: Communication Tracking System developed for President Office.
