The default GX_Simulator rendering routines use a set of 5 built-in electron distributions over pitch-angle (see Fleishman, G. D. & Kuznetsov, A. A. 2010, 'Fast Gyrosynchrotron Codes', 721, 1127-1141 and its on-line supplements ), which may be selected by assigning a value between 0 and 5 to the DIST_ANG parameter listed in the editable Parameter Table . Substitution of any non-integer value between 0 and 5 will result in the use of downward rounded integer number. Substitution of any number outside the 0 to 5 range will result in the use of a default value '1'; numbers above 100 must be avoided as they can cause unexpected results.

The following distributions over the electron pitch angle are implemented:
