Full Sun FOV

Before requestion the FOV computation, the default FOV is set to a Full Sun square with sides equal to 1.5 solar radii.

Computing the smallest inscribing FOV

To compute the smallest inscribing square-shaped FOV, the user must click on the Compute FOV button located on the Volume View toolbar.

Zooming in to the FOV

If the Zoom in to FOV button, , is pressed, a FOV image is displayed. To reverse to a full Sun view, without changing the actual FOV, the Zoom out to full Sun view, , must be pressed.
