Program Overview
The Undergraduate Research and Innovation Experience in Cancer Diagnosis and Therapeutic Intervention at the New Jersey Institute of Technology is a transformative summer research experience for undergraduates. This intensive 10-week program focuses on research, education, and training activities specifically designed for students from underrepresented minority groups, including African Americans, LatinX, women, students with disabilities, and first-generation college students.
During this comprehensive program, domestic student participants will be immersed in cutting-edge research focused on cancer diagnosis, therapeutics, and mechanistic modeling. Participants receive a $6,000 stipend, on-campus housing and meals, and compensation for travel expenses to and from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
