Cryogenic Cooling System

MMR's Joule-Thomson cryogenic cooling system automatically provides very precise, user selected, sample temperatures within range of 85 K to 370 K. Repeating measurements at multiple temperatures to determine temperature dependencies is made simple and straight forward. Temperatures, stable to within few tens of millidegrees, can be sustained for operating periods of hours. Such temperature stability is required for accurate DLTS measurements.
